Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Apollo Pickleball. All orders ship from our facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
1. Where We Ship
Apollo Pickleball ships within Canada only. We deliver to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.
2. Shipping Rates
- Flat rate express shipping: $10 CAD
- Free express shipping on all orders $50 CAD and over
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Because we sell exclusively within Canada, there are no import duties, customs fees, or cross-border charges on any order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after processing:
- Alberta and Western Canada: 1–3 business days
- Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada: 2–5 business days
- Northern and remote communities: 5–10 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Delays
While we work to get every paddle out the door quickly, delays can occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems stuck.
6. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before completing checkout. We aren't responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
